The exact scope of work will be defined through the relevant proposal, quotation, service package, contract, invoice, or written agreement.

Client Responsibilities

To deliver services effectively, clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information, feedback, approvals, brand materials, account access, credentials, content, and other resources reasonably required for the work.

Delays caused by missing feedback, approvals, access, content, or information may affect agreed timelines.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any materials supplied to Tridez Studio can legally be used for the intended purpose.

Project Scope & Changes

Our work is performed according to the agreed scope.

Requests that fall outside the original scope may:

– Require additional charges.
– Affect delivery timelines.
– Require a revised quotation or agreement.

Any significant change in project requirements must be mutually agreed upon before additional work begins.

Payments

Pricing, payment schedules, deposits, subscriptions, retainers, and milestones will be communicated before or during the engagement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

– Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.
– Work may be paused when an invoice becomes overdue.
– Final deliverables may be withheld until outstanding balances are paid.
– Additional services outside the agreed scope may be billed separately.

Any applicable taxes, transaction charges, payment-processing fees, or currency-conversion costs may be the responsibility of the client unless otherwise stated.

Deposits, Cancellations & Refunds

Certain services may require an upfront deposit or advance payment before work begins.

Because agency services involve time, strategy, research, creative production, and reserved resources, payments for completed work are generally non-refundable.

Where a project is cancelled after work has started, Tridez Studio may charge for work already completed, resources committed, and expenses incurred.

Any specific cancellation or refund conditions stated in an individual proposal, contract, or service agreement will take priority over this general policy.

Revisions

The number of revisions included with a service will be specified in the relevant package, quotation, proposal, or agreement.

Additional revisions or substantial changes beyond the agreed scope may result in additional fees.

A revision means modification of existing agreed work and does not necessarily include creating an entirely new concept or changing the original direction of the engagement.

Delivery Timelines

We aim to meet agreed delivery dates; however, timelines may change because of:

– Delayed client feedback or approvals.
– Changes in scope.
– Third-party platform issues.
– Technical complications.
– Unavailability of required information or assets.
– Circumstances reasonably outside our control.

Where possible, we will communicate significant changes to expected delivery timelines.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, Tridez Studio retains ownership of concepts, drafts, unused designs, working files, internal systems, methodologies, templates, processes, and intellectual property developed independently of the client’s final deliverables.

Once full payment has been received, the client will receive the usage or ownership rights specified in their individual agreement for approved final deliverables.

Third-party assets such as fonts, stock photography, software, plugins, templates, music, icons, or licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses.

Portfolio & Promotional Rights

Unless confidentiality requirements or another written agreement state otherwise, Tridez Studio may display completed work for portfolio, case study, award, social media, website, marketing, and promotional purposes.

Where confidential information is involved, reasonable efforts will be made to obtain appropriate approval before public disclosure.

Confidentiality

Both Tridez Studio and the client should treat confidential business information received during an engagement responsibly.

Confidential information will not knowingly be disclosed to unrelated third parties except where:

– Disclosure is necessary to deliver the agreed service.
– Permission has been provided.
– Disclosure is legally required.

Separate confidentiality or non-disclosure agreements may apply where required.

Third-Party Platforms & Services

Our services may involve third-party platforms such as advertising networks, hosting providers, analytics platforms, social networks, CRM systems, payment processors, APIs, plugins, software providers, and other external services.

Tridez Studio does not control these third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their continued availability, policies, performance, pricing, algorithms, approvals, or functionality.

Clients may also be required to comply with the terms and policies of those providers.

Marketing & Performance Results

Marketing, advertising, SEO, lead generation, branding, and conversion services are influenced by many external factors.

While we use professional strategies designed to improve performance, Tridez Studio does not guarantee specific:

– Sales figures.
– Revenue.
– Leads.
– Search rankings.
– Advertising results.
– Engagement levels.
– Conversion rates.
– Business growth.

Past performance, forecasts, projections, examples, and case studies should not be interpreted as guarantees of future results.

Client Accounts & Credentials

Where clients provide access to websites, advertising accounts, social media accounts, hosting platforms, software, or other systems, clients remain responsible for ownership and security of those accounts.

We recommend maintaining secure passwords, appropriate permissions, backups, and recovery methods.

Website & Development Services

For website or software-related work, functionality will be based on the approved project scope.

Unless specifically included in the agreement, ongoing maintenance, hosting, cybersecurity monitoring, software updates, backups, domain renewals, plugin subscriptions, and future technical support are not automatically included after final delivery.

Content & Client-Supplied Materials

Clients are responsible for ensuring that materials they provide, including images, logos, text, trademarks, videos, data, and other content, do not violate third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.

Tridez Studio is not responsible for claims arising directly from unauthorized materials supplied by the client.
